What does it mean to be a techcare member?

When you choose and purchase one of our worry-free warranty plans, you are more than just a customer, you are a partner, and a member of the techcare family. When any covered home appliance breaks down, we’re there to take care of you.

What happens at the end of my plan?

Before the expiry of the warranty plan, you will be contacted by customer service officers to remind you of your renewal date.

What is the limit for a repair?

There are no limitations for our services.

How do I get a quote for an extended warranty?

Choose one of our worry-free plans.
and your quotation will be provided to you via email, phone and a visit from one of our customer care providers.

What does a yearly warranty plan usually cost?

Our plans start as low as 24$ per month. No matter which plan you choose or how many appliances you cover, you will always be saving.

Is there a house call or service charge?

After the annual payment is completed there are no extra or hidden charges on labor, spare parts & service.

How would I pay for my membership?

Once you select a plan, a minimum nonrefundable $80 (nonrefundable) should be made during the sales visit and the rest will be paid during the inspection visit. You can pay cash/cheque/credit card.

Can I purchase techcare plan even though I am still under manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes you can. Because a techcare warranty plan covers exactly what a manufacturer does not.

When can I file a claim under my service contract?

After completing the full amount in the agreement your extended warranty will be activated within 1 month. Then, rest easy, because you are covered for the entire year.

Can I cancel my plan?

We hope you will remain a techcare member and your feedback is always important to us. Of course, if you choose to cancel, please refer to our cancelation policy for further information.

What does the warranty plan include?

All our warranty plans include a round-the-clock support, unlimited free repair visits. Repair completed within 48 hours as per your convenience. And, if not repairable, we will replace it.

What is the purpose of the inspection visit?

The inspection visit is not mandatory. Our team will assess your covered appliances and collect technical data; which allows us to serve you better on your claims.

How do I file a claim under the protection plan?

All you have to do is call us and describe the defect.

How long does it take you to come over and repair my appliance?

Upon your convenience, we will be at your service with a maximum of 48 hours unless the spare parts are not available in the local market.

Who will service my appliance?

Our highly trained technical team, specialized each in his field will take care of your appliances, with respect to its brand, model, age.

What happens if my product needs to be replaced?

Rest at ease. If we can’t fix it, we take your old appliance and replace it for a brand new one with similar specifications.

Is my product too old to be protected?

No restrictions for appliance brand or age. Our warranty plan includes all items that are functioning properly no matter how old they are.

Are pre-existing conditions covered?

No. Pre-existing conditions are your responsibility. Appliances covered in our plans should be functioning properly.

I am moving, can I get service in a new location?

Whenever you decide to move from your location, you should inform our customer service in advance and they will certainly assist you.

What happens if I sell my product or purchase a new one before the protection plan expires?

• If you sell your product, it will no longer be covered by our warranty plan.
• If you buy a new product, you can add it to your warranty plan and it will be activated directly.
