With our yearly warranty plans you are a techcare member and we take care of you. Your profile will be set up so we know the make, model and year of all the parts of your appliances under warranty. When your covered appliance breaks down for any reason, all you have to do is call us and our technicians will be at your door within 48h as per your convenience, ready to repair it.
Each appliance has a life span based on their brand, model and usage. Sometimes, your appliance has simply died or can no longer be fixed. Don’t worry; when you are a techcare member and your appliances are covered by yearly warranty, if we can’t fix it, or we think we shouldn’t, we’ll replace it. The same brand and quality guaranteed.
