AGREEMENT: All pre-existing conditions are the responsibility of the Member and are not covered under this agreement. By signing this agreement, the Member is certifying that all appliances or cooling systems are in good working order as of the date signed. Coverage becomes effective upon receipt of full payment of the Plan followed by a 30-day waiting period. The appliances or equipment will be inspected by techcare professionals. Following a satisfactory inspection, an Agreement Coverage Summary, including effective dates for this one-year (1) agreement, will be returned to the Member. This is a Service Agreement, not an insurance policy. This agreement is between techcare and the Member to provide coverage as indicated herein.
